Oh So Good For You Blackberry Jam

*Bet you never thought to use it as a grilling glaze, but you should as it’s just divine on pork and chicken! Simply mix 1 jar of our C & J Farms Blackberry Jam with 1/2 pint fresh pineapples, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of C & J Farms Hickory & Herb Blend, for a tasty grilling glaze. Great on the grill or in the oven!

*Scoop a small spoon-full of jam into the middle of your favorite sugar cookies.

*Mix one cup of maple syrup and 1/2 cup Blackberry Jam for superb French toast or waffles.

*Our Blackberry Jam can also be used as a great cupcake or pie filling!

*Make homemade ice cream – simply use a vanilla ice cream base.
